# Commands

The following commands are available in Voice and Button Control modes. Autopilot and radio commands are Voice Control only, as they require specific values.

{% hint style="info" %}
In general, feel free to use natural language—your own words—when speaking. The AI can accurately interpret your intent and context within reasonable limits.
{% endhint %}

{% hint style="info" %}
Many commands and checklists are mode and flight-phase-dependent. For example, checklists function only when the corresponding Active Mode matches the intended checklist. This design prevents false voice detection from triggering inappropriate checklists. Modes typically auto-advance.

{% hint style="info" %}
When the autopilot is engaged, and you are Pilot Flying, set the autopilot directly. Only when hand-flying should you ask the Pilot Monitoring to set the autopilot panel for you. A user option is available to control this functionality.
{% endhint %}

{% hint style="info" %}
If, for example, you are issuing a SET HEADING COMMAND, or any other autopilot command that involves setting a value, and you want to stop the First Officer from turning the knob on the autopilot panel (usually because the speech recognition system misheard the intended target autopilot value), simply say: "**CANCEL LAST COMMAND**."
