# Uninstallation / Reinstallation Guide

If you experience a problem with FS2Crew Generation AI, please contact **FS2Crew Support on Discord** and search the manual carefully before attempting multiple uninstallations and reinstallations.

### <mark style="color:$primary;">Automatic Uninstall</mark>

For a clean uninstall, please ensure that the **FS2Crew Generation AI Command Center** and the main **FS2Crew Generation AI** application are shut down **before** running the uninstaller.\

Check the APPS and BACKGROUND PROCESSES section in the Task Manager.

### <mark style="color:$primary;">Uninstalling FS2Crew from the Community Folder</mark>

​FS2Crew folders in the Community Folder cannot be uninstalled automatically. You can remove these folders manually, or use the Generation AI Command Center to uninstall FS2Crew packages from your Community folder.​

### <mark style="color:$primary;">Manual Uninstall</mark>

​To manually uninstall FS2Crew Generation AI, delete all files and folders located at:

**C:\Users\\\[Your Username]\AppData\Local\FS2Crew Generation AI​**

Alternatively, enter the following path directly in File Explorer:

**%LOCALAPPDATA%\FS2Crew Generation AI​**

Be sure to also delete any FS2Crew folders in your Community folder to complete the uninstallation process.
