#### How to Restore Your Product License

Licenses are managed through your cloud-based FS2Crew account — no serial codes required.

Your license is tied to your specific hardware and is non-transferable.

To reactivate after a hardware change, log out and back in using the **one-time password** (OTP) sent to your email.\
\ **STEP 1:**\
\
Click the **hamburger icon** in the top-left corner of the app to open the side menu.

**STEP 2:**

Click **Logout** at the bottom of the panel.

You will be prompted to log in to your account. Enter your email address. An OTP will be sent to your inbox — if it doesn’t arrive within a few minutes, check your spam or junk folder.

Once the OTP is entered, your license will be rebound to your new hardware.

### Unable to log in to FS2Crew Account (Cloudflare)

If Cloudflare keeps asking you to verify you’re human, it’s almost always because something about your connection or behavior looks “bot-like” to their system.

It’s not personal—it’s automated risk scoring.

Here are the most common reasons:

* **Your IP address looks suspicious**
* **You’re on a VPN, proxy, or Tor**
* **Your IP was previously used for scraping or abuse**
* **Mobile or shared networks (cafes, hotels, some Korean ISPs) can trigger this**

FS2Crew is unable to provide support for these issues, as they are outside our control.
